- Read Playtest status for the September 3 Beta 2 access waves, queue and preload status.

What the official material establishes
BULKHEAD calls WARDOGS an “All-Out Warfare FPS,” not a battle royale or extraction shooter. The central match rule is territorial: every 30 seconds, the team with the most players in the Control Zone earns one point. The first team to 100 wins.
Loadouts are purchased rather than locked to a class. A player can buy weapons, equipment, building items, medical supplies or vehicles and decide which battlefield service to provide. Reviving, transporting teammates and controlling the objective are examples of actions that earn cash. Because cash persists between matches, one match affects the choices available in the next.
The official pages also show combined-arms combat, construction and destructible environments. They do not publish a complete weapon catalogue, full vehicle roster or final content count, so this guide does not turn trailer frames into a fake database.
Studio, technology and media
| Question | Verified answer | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Who makes it? | BULKHEAD develops it; Team17 publishes it. | This is the attribution shown on both official store and publisher pages. |
| What technology is named? | Official and developer material has associated the project with Unreal Engine 5 and BULKHEAD’s WAR DYNAMICS FRAMEWORK. | It does not justify guessing performance, frame rate or console readiness. |
| Where is real footage? | Team17 and BULKHEAD publish trailers on their verified YouTube channels. | Trailers show intended systems, but pre-release footage is not a performance benchmark. |
| Is there an official soundtrack? | No standalone soundtrack release or complete composer credit was found in the reviewed official pages. | Music heard in a trailer should not be presented as a released track list. |
