Who we are

WARDOGS Field Codex is an independent fan editorial project. It is not operated by, sponsored by, or affiliated with BULKHEAD or Team17. Privacy questions and correction requests can be sent to editor@wardogsgame.wiki.

Information processed

We do not ask for WARDOGS credentials or payment data. Hosting and security providers may process IP address, request time, browser, device, referrer and requested URL data needed to deliver, diagnose and protect the site.

Google Analytics

The site loads Google Analytics to measure page views, navigation, selected guide or official-link interactions, and an engaged-reader signal that requires both 60 seconds of active reading and 75% page depth. Custom events use page paths, content slugs, link sections and destination hosts; they do not intentionally send names, email addresses or URL query strings. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive device, browser, approximate location and interaction data under its own terms. We use aggregated reporting to improve navigation and editorial coverage.

Google AdSense review tag

The site loads the Google AdSense publisher script and publishes an ads.txt relationship so Google can review the domain. No AdSense ad units are placed before approval. If advertising is enabled later, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve, measure and limit ads.

Consent and choices

Before serving ads to visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland, we will enable a Google-certified consent management platform through AdSense Privacy & messaging. Browser controls can block or delete cookies. Google also provides advertising controls through Ads Settings.
